PRO Clo is a contract sewing plant in Żary, western Poland, whose machinery is built above all for heavy sewing – thick, coated, membrane and multi-layer materials. That is what sets us apart from plants geared to jersey and fashion: we take on materials most workshops turn down. Below you will find the nine areas we produce in most often, each with its specific range, materials and terms. We work strictly B2B – for brands, distributors, vehicle converters, institutions and other sewing plants.
Nine areas of production
- Uniforms and service clothing – flame-retardant and waterproof fabrics, repeatable batches, technical documentation.
- Outerwear – coats, day jackets, softshell, ski and membrane jackets with seam sealing.
- Hunting clothing – coats, jackets, ponchos, blazers and trousers in quiet, waterproof fabrics.
- Specialist clothing – sleeping bags, leg covers, protective wraps, clothing and underwear for ostomy patients.
- Baby products – cocoons, nests, nursing pillows, swaddles and sleeping bags made to the brand’s documentation.
- Medical clothing – barrier gowns, caps, masks and protective wear in SMS and reusable fabrics.
- Clothing collections – the path from prototype to repeatable series, private label, technical and outer garments.
- Campervan textiles – curtains, drapes, bedspreads, table linen and covers for converters and rental fleets.
- Wool products – coats, jackets, waistcoats, blankets, throws and covers in wool on supplied material.
Where our advantage lies
Heavy sewing calls for different machines, different threads and different experience than light clothing. Our machinery is built for high-weight materials, multi-layer assemblies and reinforced seams, and the cutting room runs a Bullmer CNC cutter that cuts many plies with repeatable precision.
On top of that come processes a typical garment workshop does not offer: lamination, bonding, seam sealing with hot-melt tape, final impregnation and leak testing. Every product goes through visual and dimensional inspection, and on request mechanical testing as well – tensile, abrasion and tear resistance. For technical and uniform orders we run tests to ISO and MIL-STD standards.

Models of cooperation
- CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) – you supply fabrics, trims and usually the patterns; we cut, sew and assemble. This is the model we work in most often.
- Full package (FOB) – we take on material sourcing, production, packaging and shipping. The answer for brands without their own supplier network.
- Contract manufacturing with added processes – sewing extended by lamination, waterproof sealing, technical applications and composite elements.
Terms of cooperation
We run trial series from 50 pieces, though the cost threshold really starts at 200 to 500 pieces – at those volumes the unit cost drops noticeably. We prepare a quotation within 48 hours of receiving a specification, pattern or sample.
The full cycle for a new product, from documentation through prototype to first series, usually takes four to eight weeks. Repeating a series for which we already hold the technological documentation takes two to four weeks depending on volume. Every contract is run by one account owner responsible for deadlines, quality and the line to the technologist, and all processes happen under one roof in Żary.

Who we produce for
- Clothing brands – outdoor, workwear, militaria, technical fashion, private label.
- Distributors and importers looking to manufacture in Europe rather than Asia.
- Institutions and companies outfitting uniformed services and staff teams.
- Converters of campervans, trailers and special vehicles.
- Makers of medical and care products working to their own documentation.
- Other sewing plants needing a subcontractor for heavy sewing or CNC cutting.
How to start
The fastest route is a phone call – in conversation the technologist will tell you straight away whether a product fits our capabilities and what order of cost to expect. If you prefer to start by e-mail, send the product specification, a technical drawing, the pattern or simply a sample to be copied, together with the planned volume and deadline.
Where documentation is incomplete, we help fill the gaps: we advise on fabrics, construction and technology, make test seams and check material samples for shrinkage, stretch and abrasion resistance. You do not need a finished design to start the conversation.

Let us talk about your production
Call us — our technologist will tell you straight away whether we can make your product and what the cost will look like. You can also send a specification, a pattern or a sample to be copied: we prepare a quote within 48 hours.
