We deliver complete clothing collections – from prototypes to full production runs, with repeatable quality and deadlines kept. We bring the most value to brands whose collections rest on outerwear and technical garments: jackets, coats, outdoor and workwear in branded versions. That follows directly from our capacity – the machinery is built for heavy sewing, so where other plants turn work away, we have the machines, the finishing processes and the experience. We work in the CMT model on supplied material and as a full package, where we also take on sourcing.
What the service covers
- Technological consultation and quotation based on a design, sample or sketch.
- Garment construction and size grading.
- Selection of fabrics and trims, sample testing, test seams.
- Prototyping and an introductory run before proper production.
- CNC cutting with control of material consumption.
- Sewing of the production series with ongoing quality control.
- Marking: embroidery, labels, tags, special markings.
- Finishing, packing and preparation for shipping.
The path from idea to series
A collection rarely starts with complete documentation – most often it starts with a sketch, a sample to be copied or a competitor’s product as a reference. So we begin with a technological conversation setting construction, material, planned volume and unit budget, and then prepare patterns and grading.
The next step is the prototype, on which we verify the cut, how the material falls and every construction decision. Once approved, we prepare the technological documentation and launch an introductory run, and only after that proper production. That order costs a few extra weeks at the start but prevents the situation where a construction error surfaces at five hundred pieces.

Series sizes and lead times
We run trial series and capsule collections from 50 pieces, which lets brands test a product on the market without freezing capital in stock. Optimal unit cost starts at 200 to 500 pieces per model.
The full cycle for a new product – from documentation through prototype to first series – usually takes four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the construction and material availability. Repeating a series for which we hold technological documentation takes two to four weeks. For seasonal collections we plan the batch schedule in advance so the goods are ready before the sales peak.

Frequently asked questions
Will you take an order from a new brand with no production experience?
Yes, and we work that way regularly. For a first collection we guide the client through the whole process: material selection, construction, prototype and introductory run. You do not need finished documentation to start the conversation – a design or a sample is enough.
What kind of clothing do you make best?
Our strength is outerwear and technical garments – jackets, coats, outdoor and workwear, including products in membrane and coated fabrics. We also work with light clothing and jersey, but that is not where our advantage lies.
Do you supply the materials?
In both models. CMT – you supply fabrics and trims, we cut and sew. Full package – we take over sourcing to your specification. For new brands we more often recommend full package, and CMT for experienced clients with their own supplier network.
How many models can a collection have?
We set no fixed limit. With a larger number of models we plan production in stages, starting with those that need the longest construction lead-in.
