We specialise in the professional making of wool products, with care for precision, durability and an elegant finish on every detail. Wool is a demanding material: it behaves differently from synthetics, shrinks after processing, calls for a different seam approach and careful pressing between operations – and a construction error shows on the finished product immediately. With wool, tailoring experience counts rather than raw machine output, and that is exactly where a family plant with several generations behind it has the advantage over mass production. We work under contract, most often on material supplied by the client.
What we make in wool
- Wool coats – classic, winter, with shaped construction.
- Jackets and blazers in wool and wool blends.
- Waistcoats and gilets.
- Blankets, throws and covers.
- Bedspreads and interior textiles.
- Insulation, linings and wool layers in multi-layer clothing.
- Products in felt and technical wool.
Materials we work with
We handle pure wool and wool blends, including high-weight materials, which our heavy-sewing machinery is built for. Before launching a series we test samples for shrinkage and material behaviour – with wool that is a step you cannot skip, because it decides whether the product holds its dimensions after the first wash or cleaning.
Cutting runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter with control of material consumption, which with expensive wool fabrics translates directly into unit cost. We make reinforcing and decorative seams, fit linings, stiffeners, zips and trims, finish and secure edges, and carry out finishes that call for hand work. Every batch goes through visual and dimensional inspection.

How the work runs
We start with a conversation about the product, the material and the volume. If you have documentation and patterns ready, we go straight to the prototype. If you are starting from a sample or a design, we prepare construction and size grading and propose technological solutions matched to how the particular fabric behaves.
You approve the prototype before the series, and once accepted we launch repeatable production run by a single contract owner. Trial series start at 50 pieces, and optimal unit cost begins at 200 to 500 pieces. Wool products are strongly seasonal, so for ongoing cooperation we plan batches in advance.

Who we produce for
- Clothing brands with a line of wool outerwear.
- Makers and distributors of home textiles – blankets, throws, bedspreads.
- Premium brands looking for a European maker rather than importing.
- Companies developing a product under their own brand.
- Makers of multi-layer clothing needing wool linings and insulation.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sew on wool we supply?
Yes, that is the most common model in this category – brands usually already have a chosen fabric supplier. We can also take over sourcing as a full package if you prefer one contractor for the whole job.
Do you test shrinkage before production?
Yes. With wool we test samples for shrinkage, stretch and abrasion resistance and make test seams. It is a standard step before launching a series and the most effective protection against dimensional complaints.
Which wool products do you make most often?
Most of our work is outerwear – coats, jackets, blazers and waistcoats – and textiles such as blankets, throws and bedspreads. If your product does not fit that list, call us: the technologist will say straight away whether we can make it.
What is your minimum order?
From 50 pieces in a trial run, optimally 200 to 500 pieces for repeatable production.
Let us talk about your production
Call us — our technologist will tell you straight away whether we can make your product and what the cost will look like. You can also send a specification, a pattern or a sample to be copied: we prepare a quote within 48 hours.
