We make uniforms and service clothing for companies and institutions that need a repeatable, durable product in fabrics with defined protective properties. Our machinery is built for heavy sewing, so we work with high-weight materials and flame-retardant, waterproof and coated fabrics – where an ordinary garment workshop has neither the machines nor the experience. We manufacture under contract: on supplied material and the client’s documentation, or as a full package with sourcing on our side. Every batch goes through dimensional and visual inspection, and for demanding orders we run mechanical testing to ISO and MIL-STD standards.

Materials we work with
We handle fabrics that are difficult to process: flame-retardant, waterproof and coated materials, ripstop, Cordura and multi-layer assemblies. Sewing such materials calls for the right needle, thread and tension, and above all machines with sufficient penetration force – our machinery was built precisely for this kind of production.
Cutting runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter, which cuts many plies at once with repeatable accuracy; with uniforms that translates directly into size consistency across a whole batch. We extend production with finishing processes: seam sealing with hot-melt tape, lamination, impregnation and the fitting of technical elements. The protective properties of the product come from the parameters of the fabric supplied or named in the specification – we select the material to the requirements you state and make the product to documentation.
How the work runs
We start with a technical conversation covering construction, material, volume and deadline. If you have documentation ready – drawings, size charts, material specification – we move into production faster. If you do not, we help build it: we prepare construction, size grading and test seams, including unusual elements such as tactical pockets or reinforcements.
Before the series we make a prototype for approval, and once accepted we launch repeatable production. Trial series start at 50 pieces, with optimal unit cost from 200 to 500 pieces. For standing contracts we agree a batch schedule spread across the year.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sew flame-retardant fabrics?
Yes. We handle flame-retardant and waterproof fabrics, including coated and multi-layer materials. The protective properties of the finished product come from the fabric parameters – so at order stage we agree what requirements the material must meet and manufacture to that specification. If you supply your own material, we work on it in the CMT model.
What is your minimum order for uniforms?
A trial series starts at 50 pieces. For repeatable production the optimal threshold is 200 to 500 pieces, where unit cost drops noticeably. For standing contracts we set a batch schedule across the year.
How long does it take?
A new product from documentation and prototype to first series usually takes four to eight weeks. Repeating a batch for which we hold the technological documentation takes two to four weeks depending on volume.
Do you handle marking of uniforms?
Yes. We do computer embroidery, sew in labels and tags, fit applications and special markings, and prepare batches packed and ready to ship.
