We produce outerwear for clothing brands and companies: coats, day jackets, ski jackets and garments in Gore-Tex type membrane fabrics and softshell. This is one of the most technically demanding categories in the whole industry – membrane, seam taping and multi-layer construction forgive no mistakes, and most garment workshops have neither the machines nor the finishing processes. We have both: machinery built for heavy sewing plus seam taping, lamination and leak testing carried out on site in Żary. We work under contract – on supplied material or as a full package with sourcing on our side.
What we make
- Coats – classic, winter, wool, with shaped construction.
- Day jackets – transitional, quilted, padded, urban.
- Membrane jackets in Gore-Tex type fabrics – with seam sealing.
- Softshell jackets – single and multi-layer, with laminates.
- Ski jackets and winter clothing with insulation.
- Mid-layers – gilets, thermal liners, down and synthetic waistcoats.
Materials we work with
We handle membrane fabrics, laminates, softshells, coated materials and multi-layer assemblies with wadding. Watertightness is decisive in this category, so we extend sewing with hot-melt seam sealing, bonding, lamination, edge milling and sealing, and final impregnation.
On request we run leak tests on the finished product, and every batch goes through visual and dimensional inspection. Cutting runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter with control of fabric consumption – with expensive membrane materials that has a real effect on production cost. We also work on fabrics supplied by the brand; in that case we make test seams before the series and check samples for shrinkage, stretch and abrasion resistance.

How the work runs
The first step is a technical consultation covering construction, material, planned volume and deadline. If you have a finished design and patterns, we go straight to the prototype. If you are starting from an idea or a sample to be copied, we prepare construction and size grading, select fabrics and trims, and propose technological solutions matched to the budget.
You approve the prototype before the series starts, and once accepted we launch repeatable production with a single contract owner on our side. Trial series start at 50 pieces, and optimal unit cost is reached at 200 to 500 pieces.

Who we produce for
- Outdoor brands needing a European maker of membrane jackets.
- Fashion and private label brands looking for a maker of outerwear.
- Distributors of winter and ski clothing.
- Companies ordering branded jackets for their teams.
- Sewing plants needing a subcontractor for seam taping and membrane work.
Frequently asked questions
Do you seal the seams of membrane jackets?
Yes, hot-melt seam taping is done in house, together with lamination and bonding. It is a process many brands have to find a separate subcontractor for – with us the whole product is made under one roof. On request we also run leak tests on the finished jacket.
Do you sew Gore-Tex?
We work with Gore-Tex type membrane fabrics and similar laminates, either supplied by the client or selected to specification. Gore-Tex itself is licensed by its maker, so purchasing and the right to mark the product are agreed individually at order stage.
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes, that is our most common way of working – CMT, sewing on supplied material. We can also source the production ourselves as a full package if you have no supplier network of your own.
How long does it take to launch a jacket?
From documentation and prototype to first series usually four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the construction and material availability. Repeating a series with documentation in place takes two to four weeks.
