We produce medical and protective clothing for brands, distributors and institutions: protective gowns, masks, caps and other barrier garments in specialist SMS fabrics, as well as reusable medical wear. Three things count in this production: batch repeatability, seam quality on non-woven materials, and conformity of the product with its documentation. We work under contract – sewing on the client’s material and specification, or taking over sourcing as a full package. Every batch goes through visual and dimensional inspection, and production runs under one roof in Żary, which shortens the supply chain compared with importing.
What we make
- Protective gowns – barrier, single-use and reusable, tie-back and fastened.
- Gowns and staff clothing – scrub tops, trousers, lab coats.
- Caps and head covers.
- Masks and face shields in non-woven materials.
- Shoe covers, protective sleeves, single-use covers.
- Supporting textiles – covers, equipment wraps, bags for contaminated clothing.
Materials we work with
We work with SMS and other non-woven materials, as well as barrier fabrics and polyester-cotton blends used in reusable clothing. Non-wovens behave differently from woven fabric when sewn – they tear more easily, and the seam has to stay tight under minimal tension, so the choice of needle, thread and machine settings matters more here than in ordinary clothing.
Cutting runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter, which with multi-layer markers gives size repeatability across the whole batch – the basic condition for protective clothing. We also carry out supporting processes: bonding, hot-melt seam sealing where watertightness is required, and finishing with bulk or individual packing.

Single-use or reusable
It is worth separating two different models. Single-use clothing in SMS is large-series production where the outcome is decided above all by material price and scale – it makes sense at large, repeatable volumes and usually when you want a European rather than an Asian supplier.
Reusable and barrier clothing – gowns, lab coats, staff wear – is the area where our capacity gives clearly more: a durable seam, repeatable construction and a product that survives dozens of industrial laundry cycles. If you are building a line of medical clothing, we are glad to discuss which variant better suits your market and volume.

Product documentation
Protective and medical clothing is sometimes classified as personal protective equipment or as a medical device, which brings requirements on conformity assessment and placing on the market. We carry out such production as a contract manufacturer for entities holding their own product documentation: we sew to the material, construction and standard specification provided, while classification of the product, testing, conformity assessment and placing on the market remain with the ordering party.
At the preparation stage we support the technical side – material selection, construction, prototype and test seams.

Who we produce for
- Makers and brands of medical devices and protective clothing.
- Distributors supplying medical facilities and laboratories.
- Companies looking for a European supplier rather than importing from Asia.
- Facilities and chains ordering reusable clothing for their staff.
- Beauty and veterinary practices and businesses needing barrier clothing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sew SMS fabric?
Yes, we handle SMS and other non-wovens. They call for a separate choice of needles, threads and sewing parameters – we have experience with this and make test seams on the supplied material before the series.
Are your products certified?
We manufacture under contract to the client’s documentation, so certification and conformity assessment lie with the entity placing the product on the market. We make the product to the specification and standard requirements provided, run quality control and, on request, mechanical testing.
What volumes do you accept?
Trial series from 50 pieces, repeatable production optimally from 200 to 500 pieces. For single-use clothing sensible volumes are higher – that is production where scale decides the cost.
Do you pack products individually?
Yes. We handle bulk and individual packing, sewing in labels, labelling and preparation of transport documents.
