We make textiles for campervans, caravans and converted vehicles: curtains, drapes, bedspreads, table linen and covers fitted to a specific vehicle model. A campervan interior is a set of unusual dimensions, angles and windows in non-standard shapes, so every order is in practice made to measure – and at the same time it has to withstand vibration, sun and heavy use. We work for companies: converters, caravan makers, dealers and fleet rental firms that need repeatable sets for many units of the same model. The plant sits in Żary, 30 km from the German border, which shortens transport and response times when serving western European markets.

Materials we work with
For vehicle interiors we choose materials resistant to light, abrasion and moisture: blackout fabrics, decorative fabrics with raised durability, coated materials and technical fabrics for external covers. Our machinery is built for heavy sewing, so we handle high-weight materials and multi-layer assemblies with thermal lining without difficulty.
Cutting runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter – with repeatable sets for one vehicle model that gives identical dimensions in every unit and clearly reduces material waste. We fit fittings, press studs, tapes, hook-and-loop and zips, finish edges, add reinforcing seams and, where watertightness is needed, seal seams with hot-melt tape and impregnate.
How the work runs
The simplest route is to give us the dimensions or samples of existing parts – from those we prepare patterns and a trial set to try in the vehicle. With a new conversion model it works best to take templates directly from a unit; we then make a prototype set, you approve it, and we move to the series.
Once a set is worked out, further batches for the same model are quick and at a stable unit price. We accept trial series from 50 pieces, though in this category it is the number of sets rather than individual parts that counts – we agree that individually at quotation.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make single sets for campervan owners?
We work in the B2B model, that is for companies and repeatable production. We do not make single sets for private users – but if you run a conversion business, a workshop or a shop, we are glad to discuss ongoing cooperation.
Do you need the vehicle on site to take measurements?
Not always. Usually accurate dimensions, templates or samples of existing parts are enough. With a new conversion model the best solution is to send us templates taken from a unit – then the trial set fits straight away.
Do you supply the fabrics or does the client?
Both are possible. You can supply your own material in the CMT model or hand sourcing to us – then we select fabrics with parameters suited to a vehicle interior and present samples for approval.
How does shipping to western Europe work?
The plant sits 30 km from the German border, which shortens transport and allows fast response to corrections. We agree the shipping method with the order – from parcel consignments to palletised batches.
