The fastest route to a firm answer is a phone call: our technologist will tell you in conversation whether we can make your product, which materials come into play and what order of cost to expect. If you prefer to write, an e-mail with whatever you have to hand is enough – a finished design is not a precondition.

What your enquiry should contain
The more specific the details, the firmer the quotation. Useful are: a description or drawing of the product, the planned volume and target date, information about the material – either the specification or the properties it must meet – and whether you will supply fabrics and trims or we should take over sourcing.
If you have none of that to hand, a sample to be copied is enough. From an existing product we take off the construction, prepare the pattern and grading, and along the way suggest technological changes that lower production cost without losing durability.
What happens after the enquiry
Within 48 hours of receiving the documents you get a quotation. If it works, the prototype follows – with a new product the most important step, because construction, material behaviour and every detail can be checked before quantities are involved. Only after your approval does the series start.
Every order is run by one account owner responsible for deadlines, quality and the line to the technologist. All processes – cutting, sewing, finishing, marking, packing – happen under one roof in Żary.
