Why industry experience matters
Every industry has its standards – EN ISO 20471 for high-visibility, EN 14605 for chemical protection, Oeko-Tex in the medical field, DIN requirements in automotive – its materials, and its own demands on repeatability and batch documentation.
Experience in a given industry shortens the lead-in of a project and lowers the risk of complaints. That is why clients from these segments usually look for a plant already producing for comparable companies.
Materials and technologies by industry
Depending on the industry we work with different materials: Cordura and ripstop for the tactical field, medical fabrics with elastane for scrubs, PVC and canvas for covers, upholstery fabrics and synthetic leather for automotive, cotton at 200 to 280 g/m² for hospitality, and flame-retardant materials for specialist clothing.
Cutting always runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter – with expensive technical fabrics that is the point where the costing is decided.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sew for the military field and uniformed services?
Yes, we make tactical clothing and uniforms for private brands, for companies’ internal services and as a subcontractor for larger makers. We work under non-disclosure agreements and with fabrics meeting industry requirements.
Do you hold an ISO certificate or other approvals?
We work to quality procedures and keep batch documentation for every product. Certified materials – EN, Oeko-Tex or FR-treated – we source from proven European suppliers, and we hand over the material certificate together with the batch.
Can we order a product from an industry not listed here?
Yes. The list shows our most frequent segments, but we also take on unusual orders – describe the product and its use, and the technologist will assess feasibility and suggest a material.
