Contract manufacturing is the model in which we take from the client the whole process of making a textile product – from cutting through sewing to finishing and packing. On this page you will find every variant PRO Clo offers: from ordinary clothing projects through heavy sewing in technical fabrics to large-format production and work as a subcontractor for other sewing plants.

How contract work runs
Every contract project starts with a technical consultation where we review the product specification, material, planned volume and deadlines. Once the quotation is accepted we prepare the technological documentation, make the prototype and launch series production.
You get a single account owner responsible for deadlines, quality and the line to the technologist. All processes happen under one roof in Żary – we do not use further subcontractors without the client’s knowledge.

Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order in contract manufacturing?
As standard from 50 pieces for trial series and capsule collections. For repeatable production the optimal series starts at 200 to 500 pieces – that is where unit cost drops significantly.
Can we supply our own material or do you source it?
We work in both models. CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) – the client’s material, we sew. FOB – we supply the material to specification. For new brands we recommend FOB, and CMT for experienced clients with their own supplier network.
How long does a contract order take?
The standard cycle for a new product, from design to first series, is four to eight weeks. Repeating a run for which we already hold documentation takes two to four weeks depending on volume.
