Finishing is the last stage of production, where the product turns into something ready to sell. It covers marking – embroidery, labels, tags – quality control, pressing, folding, packing and preparation for shipping. PRO Clo carries out finishing both as part of contract manufacturing and as a standalone service – for brands that sew elsewhere and only finalise the product with us.
What the service covers
- Finishing – the last stage before shipping: control, pressing, folding, packing.
- Computer embroidery – the most durable way of marking clothing.
- Sewing in labels and tags – full labelling to your specification.
- Packing and production logistics – from individual packs to palletising.
Standards we work to
We pack to retail chain standards (retail-ready), pick and pack for e-commerce, in bulk on pallets and in individual packaging. We work with Polish and German suppliers of packaging, labels and woven tags.
Labelling follows EU requirements – the textile labelling regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 – as well as the consumer law of the destination market.

Proximity to western Europe as an advantage
For customers in Germany and its neighbours the short logistics lead time is what counts. From our warehouse in Żary consignments reach Berlin, Dresden and Leipzig in one to two days.
We pack to DHL Paket and GLS standards as well as the internal requirements of large retail chains. For you that means corrections to packaging can be made within a week rather than a quarter.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle finishing without sewing?
Yes. We take finished products into our warehouse, carry out the whole finishing process – labels, pressing, packing, palletising – and ship to the address given. It is a popular service for importers and brands with finished goods.
Does computer embroidery survive industrial laundering?
Yes – computer embroidery is the most durable marking method and stands up to hundreds of wash cycles at 95 °C with industrial detergents. That is why it is the standard in workwear and hotel textiles.
Do you handle RFID labels and GS1 codes?
Yes. We sew in RFID labels for retail chains and warehouse logistics, and print and apply labels to the GS1 standard – EAN codes and SSCC on pallets.
