Sewing tactical clothing is one of the most demanding specialisations in the industry. It combines heavy sewing in Cordura and ripstop with the highest functional requirements: reinforcements, MOLLE modularity and durable bartacked seams. PRO Clo sews tactical clothing for outdoor and uniform brands, for private services and as a subcontractor for large equipment makers.
What we make in the tactical and uniform segment
- tactical trousers with reinforcements and MOLLE pockets,
- combat shirts and tactical softshells,
- tactical vests and plate carriers, without ballistic inserts,
- field jackets and uniform parkas,
- service clothing for companies’ internal teams,
- accessories – belts, harnesses, pouches.
Materials and standards
We work with Cordura 500D and 1000D, ripstop, NyCo 50/50 and laminated fleece. High-tenacity polyester threads, industrial YKK zips, ITW Nexus buckles. Every element is assembled to the client’s technical documentation and checked between operations.
Rucksacks and tactical equipment
The natural companion to tactical clothing is the equipment itself – rucksacks, bags and covers. We deliver these categories on the same line as our heavy sewing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you make equipment with ballistic elements?
We sew carriers for ballistic plates and tactical vests, but without the ballistic inserts – those are supplied by the client or bought from a certified maker. The armour itself is not our speciality.
Do you deliver equipment to the MOLLE standard?
Yes. MOLLE and PALS are everyday work for us – pouches, organisers, rucksacks and vests with correct one-inch spacing and load-bearing bartacked seams.
Which materials do you use most in tactical production?
Cordura 500D and 1000D, ripstop, NyCo 50/50, YKK zips, ITW Nexus buckles and high-tenacity polyester threads – first-class components meeting the standards of tactical makers.
