Materials and technology
We work with natural and synthetic leather, Alcantara, upholstery jersey, anti-slip materials and laminated foams. Cutting runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter – with upholstery that is absolutely decisive, because upholstery materials are expensive and hand cutting generates high waste.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make upholstery prototypes?
Yes. For a prototype we take measurements from the component or work to your documentation, make a sample piece and adjust it after fitting. Only then do we start the series.
Do you work with Alcantara and natural leather?
Yes. Both call for their own needle and thread selection and careful seam work, because every flaw stays visible. Before the series we make test seams on the supplied material.
Do you take on cutting of upholstery materials alone?
Yes. We offer cutting without sewing as a standalone service – we send back finished packs of parts with batch descriptions.
