Making rucksacks to order is a speciality that combines heavy sewing with technical construction – every rucksack has dozens of elements, from straps and buckles to drawcords and back panels, and they all have to work together. Materials and components
Cordura 500D and 1000D, X-Pac, ripstop, fleece, technical mesh, PP and nylon webbing, ITW Nexus buckles, YKK Vislon and Aquaguard zips. We work with Polish and German suppliers of technical components, which shortens material lead times for contract production.
Private label for outdoor brands
More and more European outdoor brands have us produce under their own name. We deliver a project from concept and technical drawing through prototype to series production, with labels and packaging fully matched to the client’s brand – see B2B cooperation.
Frequently asked questions
Do you make rucksacks with a carrying system?
Yes. We sew touring and tactical rucksacks with a full carrying system – back panel, hip belt and stabilising straps. The internal frame in HDPE or aluminium is fitted to your design.
Can I order rucksacks to my own design from 100 pieces?
Yes. As standard we deliver outdoor series from 100 pieces. The unit price drops considerably above 500 pieces – we recommend planning orders in such packages, even across several colourways.
Which zips do you use?
As standard YKK Vislon and Aquaguard as the waterproof option, plus ITW Nexus buckles and PP cords – first-class components meeting the standards of premium makers.
