Computer embroidery is the most durable and the most prestigious way of marking clothing. Unlike printing, embroidery does not rub off in the wash or in heavy use – it suits workwear, uniforms, hotel and premium clothing perfectly. PRO Clo carries out embroidery as part of finishing on contract orders and as a standalone service.

What we need for embroidery
A logo in vector form (AI, SVG, EPS) or a good quality PNG is enough. Our digitising team prepares the embroidery file in DST or PES, selects thread colours from the Madeira palette and makes a sample. Once you approve it, production starts on multi-head machines.
Embroidery against other marking methods
Choose embroidery whenever the marking is to be durable and to look premium. For large graphic areas – a whole back, gradients – screen printing or sublimation works better; we are glad to advise on the choice of technology at contract stage.

What is the maximum embroidery area?
As standard 30 by 30 cm, that is one hooping. Larger motifs we deliver in sections with very precise joining – that calls for an embroidery file split into zones.
What does an embroidered logo cost?
The price depends on the stitch count, that is the size and density of the embroidery, and on the order volume. We prepare an exact quotation once we have the graphic file and the quantity.
Do you embroider caps and accessories?
Yes. We embroider caps, rucksacks, bags, fleeces, towels and bathrobes. Our machines have dedicated hoopings for each of these.
Does embroidery survive industrial laundering?
Yes. Computer embroidery survives hundreds of wash cycles at 95 °C with industrial detergents – which is why it is the standard in workwear and hotel textiles.
