Contract upholstery means producing covers and upholstery coverings for furniture makers, hotels, restaurants and the public space sector. PRO Clo sews upholstery both as a subcontract service for furniture factories and as a complete delivery for hotels and HoReCa venues needing replaceable covers.

Upholstery materials
We work with every typical upholstery material: chenille, velour, upholstery jersey, natural and synthetic leather, and Alcantara. Cutting runs on the Bullmer CNC cutter – decisive for optimising expensive materials.
Removable covers for hospitality
For hotels and restaurants a removable, washable cover is the most economical answer: a stain then means a wash rather than reupholstering. We produce sets for whole venues with repeatable dimensions, so covers can be swapped between identical pieces of furniture – see also hotel textiles.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sew covers based on an existing piece of furniture?
Yes. We take the construction from the existing cover or from the furniture itself, prepare the pattern and make a sample for fitting. Only after your approval does the series for the whole venue start.
Do you work with upholstery fabric supplied by the client?
Yes, that is the most common model with furniture makers. We can also source the fabric to your specification and present samples for approval.
Do you fit the upholstery onto the furniture as well?
We sew covers and upholstery. Fitting them onto the frame is usually done by the maker or an upholsterer on site – we deliver dimensionally accurate, assembly-ready parts.
