Workwear manufacturing calls for familiarity with EN ISO 13688 for general requirements, EN ISO 20471 for high-visibility clothing, EN 14605 for chemical protection and many others. The fabrics are heavy, the seams have to survive industrial conditions, and the marking should outlive hundreds of cycles in an industrial laundry. Materials and certificates
We work with fabrics from established European makers such as Klopman, Carrington and TenCate, which carry conformity certificates to EN standards and Oeko-Tex. We can also sew on material supplied by the client. For every product we keep batch documentation, needed to maintain product certification. Certification of the finished product itself rests with the ordering party – we manufacture to their specification.
Marking of workwear

Do you sew clothing to EN ISO 20471?
Yes. We work with high-visibility fabrics certified to EN ISO 20471 for jackets and vests. The material certification documents are handed over with the batch.
How many batches a year does a typical client need?
Workwear rental operators usually order two to six batches a year to top up their fleet. Production companies clothing their own staff typically once or twice a year, with one large batch covering the year.
Do you make winter clothing for export markets?
Yes. We make winter jackets, parkas and padded trousers in fabrics from European makers. Labelling is prepared in the language of the destination market and to its local requirements.
