- covers for production machines and conveyors,
- covers for agricultural equipment such as combines, mowers and tractors,
- industrial curtains and hall screens,
- construction site screens and wind barriers,
- covers for boats, motorcycles and sports equipment.
Materials and finishes
Most often we use PVC-coated fabrics at 650 to 900 g/m², which combine waterproofing with high mechanical strength. Finishes include metal eyelets for cord fixing, industrial nylon zips, PP cords, elastic bands and drawcords, and hook-and-loop tape. Every fastening is fitted with long-term use in harsh conditions in mind.
Made to individual dimensions
A tarpaulin or cover is almost always a bespoke product – we sew to measure for a specific machine, vehicle or structure. Work starts from dimensions and a drawing or photograph of the object. Larger formats we deliver as large format sewing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you make tarpaulins to measure for a single vehicle?
Yes. We make vehicle tarpaulins for a specific trailer, motorcycle or campervan. The client provides the dimensions, or we take them on site for larger projects.
Which PVC weights do you sew?
Most often 650 g/m² for light covers and 800 to 900 g/m² for heavily used transport and warehouse tarpaulins. All fabrics come from European makers such as Heytex, Sioen and Mehler.
What are the maximum dimensions of a tarpaulin?
A single tarpaulin up to around 150 m² without dividing seams. Larger formats we join with welded seams with guaranteed watertightness.
