Which segments we produce for
Most often we manufacture for western European clients in workwear, outdoor equipment, automotive accessories, tarpaulins and technical covers, and medical clothing. What links them all is heavy sewing: thick, coated and multi-layer materials an ordinary garment workshop has neither the machines nor the experience for.
Quality standards and communication
We correspond in English and German and keep technical documentation to DIN and EN requirements. Quality control runs to AQL on a statistical sample, and for demanding clients as 100 per cent inspection of the finished product. Labelling follows the consumer law of the destination market – more under finishing and labelling.
Models of cooperation
We work most often in the CMT model – the client supplies the material, we sew – or FOB, meaning complete production from our materials. For smaller brands we also deliver full private label, from construction through prototype to a labelled and packed batch. Details under B2B cooperation.

What payment terms apply to export clients?
Typically 30 per cent advance on placing the order and 70 per cent on collection of the goods. For standing partners we offer payment terms of 30 to 60 days net. We accept EUR and PLN.
Can we collect the goods with our own transport?
Yes. The plant in Żary sits 30 km from the Olszyna/Forst border crossing – collection with your own transport is a standard option for clients from Germany and beyond.
